What would it be like to wake up on the first day of any given month and know that you were financially secure?

To go out for an early morning walk through the quiet streets of your town, down past the library, and the coffee shop with the old cobbled brick patio, past the town hall, where the businesses give way to antique houses, and out into the corn and tobacco fields that run along the river; to stand there in the crisp morning air, looking out over the water, and to know, deep in your bones, that you could spend the next month working, or reading old books, or walking to Spain, or sitting right there on the river bank doing nothing, and you would be okay.

That is true freedom; the ability to choose how you spend any random Wednesday.

This project chronicles my exploration of that idea.
